What is the delivery charge and when can I receive my order?
Upon order confirmation, we'll need up to 2-3 business days to process and pack your parcel. It'll then be dispatched to our delivery partner, DHL (for Malaysia) & Ninjavan (for Singapore). DHL Express (For Worldwide)
For Singapore and Malaysia flat rate :
- The flat shipping rate of SGD9.90 per order.
- Free shipping with a minimum spend of SGD150/RM150 per order.
- Free shipping not including any discount or gift card code.
All overseas parcels will deliver by DHL Express (Rest of the World).
- Please note that the flat shipping rate varies depending on your country.
- Free shipping with a minimum spend of SGD300 for Australia and USA.

Will I be charged customs and import duties for my parcel ?
Shipping fees paid during checkout do not include customs and import duties (duty delivered unpaid).
Your parcel may be subject to customs inspection and the assessment of duties and taxes will be in accordance with local regulations.
If taxes and/or duties are incurred for your parcel, you will be responsible to cover the fees before delivery can proceed.
If you refuse the parcel upon delivery or if the parcel is unclaimed, the fees incurred for the return of the parcel (duties, taxes, return fees) will be payable by you before re-delivery can be arranged.
For the most accurate and up-to-date information, it is best to check with your local customs office before placing an order.
Can I track my order?
All deliveries will come with tracking.
Your order’s tracking ID (e.g SAOU1234567) can be found in the order confirmation email.
*Please allow 1 business day after dispatch for the order status to be updated.
All goods will be sent to the address you provide with the shipping address form. We are not liable for damages or losses due to shipping.
Do you delivery on weekends?
Deliveries are made on weekdays from 9am to 6pm and weekends from 9am to 2pm.
Are there additional charges for re-delivery?
Upon the unsuccessful delivery attempt or if it has exceeded 7 days, whichever comes first, the parcel will be returned to us and return fees will incur.
For us to dispatch your order to you again, re-delivery fees will be chargeable.
Should you prefer to return your order for online credits, please note that the return fees that were incurred will be deducted from your issued credits.
Uncollected orders will be returned to our warehouse in 7 business days.
Please note that parcels cannot be redelivered after they have been returned to our warehouse. The orders will be considered returns and will be refunded only in the form of store credit.
