Return Policy

Can I return my purchase?

Yes, you can!

To ensure a valid return, items must be returned be unworn, unwashed, unaltered, and with tags intact.

You may use your own choice of external packaging and courier service; you will be responsible for all associated return shipping costs and taxes. We recommend tracked mail services such as Smartpac(Singapore post), NinjaVan,DHL, or else. Any lost parcels will be the responsibility of the buyer.

A store credit (online gift code) will be issued for returns, valid for 90 days.

Delivery fees are non-refundable.

Exclusions: Best Buy/SALE/Discounted items, accessories, intimates, swimwear, bags, lifestyle items, and gifts are not returnable or exchangeable.

Return Process:

Prepare Parcel: Pack the item(s) with a completed Return Form.

Return Window: Returns must be sent back within 5 working days (Malaysia & Singapore) or 10 working days (International).

Processing Time: Store credit or discount code will be added to your account within 14 business days.

Processing Fee: SGD 3 will be deducted from each returned item as a processing fee. For Example, if the returned item costs Sgd33, you will receive a store credit of Sgd30

Return Limitations: Returns can only be made once per order number.

Color Variations: A 20% color variation is normal and not grounds for return.

Measurement Variations: A 1-2 cm difference in measurements is acceptable and not considered a defect.

We do not provide cash refunds for any return orders and delivery fees, if any, won't be refunded.

Do you provide a refund?

We only provide a refund under certain circumstances that are applicable (Eg: return/exchange cases)Should there be any refund, it will be made in the only store credits points form which is applicable anytime and only one-time usage upon checking out your cart, with no expiration date.
