Return Policy

Yes, you can!

You can return your item(s) as long as they reach us within 7 calendar days from the delivered date.

Return items must be unworn, unwashed, unaltered and with clothing tags intact.
You will be issued an online gift code equivalent to the purchase price of each returned item(s), valid for a year. Delivery fees, if any, will not be refunded.

*Purchase of sale items, intimates, swimwear, accessories, bags, lifestyle and gifts are final and cannot be returned or exchanged.

2. Return your order at our store*, within 7 days from the delivery/collection date.

3. Store Credit or discount code will be added into your account within 14 business days from when we receive your parcel.

Returns will be processed within 14 business days (not inclusive of weekends and Malaysia public holidays) from the date we receive your parcel.

Cash refunds are not provided for returns. An online gift voucher equivalent to the purchase price of the item(s) returned will be issued in your account.
The online gift voucher will have 3 months validity.

You should be able to find returns form in your order, but don't worry if you can't locate it - you can print a copyright here.

We only provide a refund under certain circumstances that are applicable (Eg: return/exchange cases). Should there be any refund, it will be made in the only store credits points form which is applicable anytime and only one-time usage upon checking out your cart, with no expiration date.
