SHIPPING

1.Domestic Delivery

Minimum purchase RM150 for Malaysia & SGD150 for Singapore Free Delivery

All orders will be shipped via DHL courier service within Malaysia. Orders are processed and ship out within 3-4 days upon payment confirmation. Delivery is carried out during working hours, Monday through Friday, excluding weekends and local public holidays. Orders placed by Saturday and Sunday will be shipped out the following Monday (excluding holidays). Please allow 0 - 3 business days to receive a tracking number. Where a product is not in stock at the time of order and we cannot effect despatch within 10 working days from order, we will contact you to agree the revised despatch date or offer a full refund of all monies paid.

2.International Delivery

All orders will be shipped via Janio or GDEX. Orders are processed and ship out within 3-4 working days upon payment confirmation. Delivery is carried out during working hours, Monday through Friday, excluding weekends and local public holidays. Orders placed by Saturday and Sunday will be shipped out the following Monday (excluding holidays). All orders are dispatched via Registered mail with the tracking number for the cost of the package. Please allow 0 - 1 day business days to receive a tracking number. We ensure your order is delivered on time, but do note we can't be held responsible for conditions beyond such as lost parcels / damaged items, severe weather, service interruptions, etc. To opt for other shipping methods or more information, please contact us at saoustudio@gmail.com.Where a product is not in stock at the time of order and we cannot affect despatch within 14 working days from order, we will contact you to agree the revised despatch date or offer a full refund of all monies paid.
