Can I return my purchase?
Yes, you can!
We spend a lot of time improving the product information on our website. So, before you place an order, please make sure you find the product that suits you.
For online purchase
Return items must be unworn, unwashed, unaltered and with clothing tags intact.
You will be issued an online gift code equivalent to the purchase price of each returned item(s), valid for 90days. Delivery fees, if any, will not be refunded.
Saou provides returns for all items < except Best Buy/SALE/Discounted items (eg: Happysaou codes, Saousorry codes, Payments via atome and other special codes)> / Accessories and specifically stated non-returnable items).

*Purchase of sale items, intimates, swimwear, accessories, bags, lifestyle and gifts are final and cannot be returned or exchanged.
How do I return item?(Only for online applicable)
1. Pack the item(s) and a completed Return Form together in a parcel.

3. Store Credit or discount code will be added into your account within 14 business days from when we receive your parcel. 

4. A processing fee of RM6 (Malaysia), SGD 3 (Singapore), USD 3 (International) will be charged for each return item. For example, if the returned item costs USD35 you will receive a store credit of USD32.
5. Sales items may have defects/color discrepancies/measurements discrepancies and are strictly not returnable.
6. Returns can only made one time per order number. Meaning that any order made with return credit cannot be returned the consequent time.
7. The item is your responsibility until it reaches us. For your own protection, we recommend that you send the parcel using a delivery service that insures you for the value of the goods. Please keep the tracking code with you in case we shall need them for reference.
8. Any used/creditted reward points/discount codes for the returned order will be voided and not refundable/re-usable. Usage of points on subsequent purchases will not be awarded for additional points.
9. Please note that the shipping fees for returning the original item are borne by the customer. This policy helps us manage the operational costs associated with processing returns and exchanges.
10. Once you have received your store credit, you can place a new order for the desired size using the store credit. The shipping fee for sending out the new item will also be applicable as per our standard shipping rates.
11.The store credit will be provided to your account promptly after we receive and inspect the returned item. You can then use this store credit to purchase the correct size or any other item from our store.
*Color of products may varies due to studio lighting used and please allow 20% of color variation in real product as compared to actual products. It may appear darker or lighter. Exchanges due to this reason will be charged a processing fee.

*There might be 1cm-2cm differences in the measurements given due to the different stretchable quality of the material. Please do check the measurements given in our products and compare with your existing dresses for best fit. Otherwise please email us your stats to gauge your best fit.

*For printed items, the prints may vary in terms of symmetry/alignment/slight color patches for each piece and return due to this reason is not considered a defect.

How long does it take for my return parcel to proceed? 
Returns will be processed within 14 business days (not inclusive of weekends and Malaysia public holidays) from the date we receive your parcel.
We'll drop you an email update once your return has been processed!
How will I receive my refund?
Cash refunds are not provided for returns. An online gift voucher equivalent to the purchase price of the item(s) returned will be issued in your account.
The online gift voucher will have 3 months validity.
